Deposits, Refunds, & Payments:
Reservations at "QQ" can only be guaranteed with a 50%
deposit. Deposits will be refunded in full if we
receive notification in writing 15 days prior to your
arrival date and upon subsequent re-letting for same
duration. Balance of account due on day of arrival.
Check-in and check-out times:
We can only receive guests between 2 PM and 9 PM.
After 9 PM, the only person on duty is a night watchman who speaks very
little English. Later arrivals must make prior arrangements well in
advance of their arrival date to ensure that someone is there to greet
them and show them their room. At QQ, the security and comfort of the
guests are taken very seriously.
Children:
Time has shown that children are bored and restless in the “QQ” environment. As there is little to hold their interest. In the interest of
all our guests that expect a peaceful tranquil atmosphere we maintain an “adults only” policy.
Pets:
We do not accept pets regardless of size.
Smoking:
We ask guests to refrain from smoking in our guest rooms and public rooms; there are many sitting areas in our
lovely gardens and open terraces for smokers pleasures.
Handicap or walking difficulties:
Many areas on the QQ property are uneven or have steps. Few streets in Mexico are smooth, most are cobblestone, and the available
tours require a good bit of walking.
Special Diets:
Breakfasts are prepared fresh and in the family style at 9 a.m. daily. We are unable to cater to special diets or offer breakfast at another
time.
